Nexus Architecture works on private homes, housing developments, hospitality interiors, commercial spaces and community buildings. We begin by understanding what you want to achieve, how the space will be used and what matters about its setting.
Our portfolio includes homes at Hodge Hill in Birmingham, a private residence on Dorchester Road in Solihull, apartment designs in Coventry and restaurant interiors in Coventry, Manchester and London. The range of work reflects different briefs and places, with the design developed around the project.
Design and technical thinking together.
Our services include house extensions, loft conversions, new build design, interiors, planning application drawings and technical information for building regulations. Measured surveys, concept options, visualisations, working drawings and tender information can form part of the agreed appointment.
We set out the scope and deliverables before work begins. Structural information and other specialist input are coordinated where relevant to the project and included in the appointment.
